Empowering Indigenous Nationality Reclamation

Aboriginal Republic of North America (ARNA)

The Indigenous Political Authority stands as a powerful beacon of hope and awakening within the Aboriginal Republic of North America. It is more than just an institution—it is a voice, a movement fueled by unwavering passion and fierce dedication to justice. Its sacred mission is to fiercely defend and champion the human rights of Indigenous Peoples around the world, igniting a global awakening of respect and recognition. We are driven by the profound need to honor our ancestors and secure a rightful identity—fighting tirelessly to create a plebiscite that will finally affirm the legal standing of Black and African Americans, acknowledging their true selves and rightful place in history.

ARNA stands as an unbreakable ally—standing shoulder to shoulder with all organizations, NGOs, and institutions that dare to dream of self-determination, sovereignty, and dignity for Aboriginal and Indigenous Peoples. We believe in their rights as sacred, in their voices as sacred, and in their power to shape their destiny. To turn these righteous visions into reality, we forge vital partnerships with Indigenous institutions—sharing knowledge, strategies, and spirits—fighting side by side to fortify Indigenous political science, economic independence, and legal sovereignty. Together, we are relentless in our pursuit—striving with heart and fire—to ensure that Indigenous Peoples reclaim their power, their land, and their future.

Who are we? We are the Xi-Amaru!!!

We are the ancient heartbeat of this land, our spirits etched into every mountain, river, and sacred space. The Xi-Amaru, once known as the Olmec, are the timeless foundation—the original Indigenous civilization that has thrived in the fiery embrace of the Americas since time immemorial. We are the architects of the mighty pyramids and sacred mounds, manifesting our divine connection to the Earth’s sacred energies.

"Xi" resonates deeply as "The People of the Tree," symbolizing the divine lifeblood that courses through all creation—the eternal Covenant between the Creator, Halah, and our people, the Xi. The Tree is the axis of our existence, the sacred link that unites Heaven and Earth, life and spirit. "Amaru" speaks of the serpent, the Chief, the Warrior—embodying the creative force that pulses through the universe. Unlike the distorted Christian interpretation, in our sacred teachings, the serpent is the divine serpent—Kukulkan, Ququmatz, the winged destroyer of ignorance and bearer of sacred wisdom. It embodies our profound understanding of Cosmology, Astronomy, and the sacred knowledge that guides us through the cycles of time and the mysteries of the universe.

Throughout our history, we have been called many names—Allegewi, the mound builders, from the original Ajaw—our sacred word for King. When the Europeans invaded, they mislabeled us Powahtun, wrongly linking us to distant tribes, yet our ancestors called us by our true essence: Pawahtuun, meaning the Four Parts of the Year. This sacred cycle marked the rhythm of our lives, the New Year Celebrations that honored the divine cosmic order.

Europeans later named us after their own distortions—labels like Delaware—taken from our council name 'Nanti-Kuk,' the Grand Council of Fire—embers of our sacred unity and resistance. These names are echoes of a fierce and resilient people who challenged colonial forces, fighting for our sovereignty and Spirit.

Long before the 1800s, we, the Black Tribes of the Atlantic and South, bore the weight of misunderstanding—misperceived and misnamed—yet our true identity is rooted in sacredness, resilience, and divine purpose.

We reveal our story—our soul—in the powerful pages of "Are Black Americans Aboriginal Americans or Africans: The Law History & Genetic Proofs," penned by Chief Amaru Namaa Taga Xi-Ali. Let us honor our sacred truth and rise in the awareness of our eternal heritage.

ARNA (Aboriginal Republic of North America) is an Indigenous government representing the First Nations of North America, built with purpose and vision. Focused on both national and international objectives, it moves with intention—charting a course others have yet to take. As the first to organize a national plebiscite across its jurisdiction, it gives Indigenous peoples a direct voice in shaping their future. Its mission: to establish true autonomy for those who were unjustly stripped of their identity and nationality—those made prisoners of war through the brutal legacies of slavery and denationalization. By reclaiming power and restoring self-governance, this government stands as a symbol of strength, unity, and the return of rightful authority to the people.

By shaping a new framework grounded in law, diplomacy, and cultural resilience, ARNA is fostering a unified path forward-one that priorities healing, collective strength, and the peaceful restoration of rightful governance.

ARNA invites individuals of the Black, African American communities to participate in a national plebiscite dedicated to recognizing and restoring our Indigenous heritage. This initiative empowers you to reclaim your ancestral identity and engage in self-governance as part of a broader movement for cultural and political self-determination.

ARNA don't just talk about solutions-We create them. Now is the time to take initiative. You have the strength, wisdom, and right to define your own future. No longer do you need to wait for others to validate your identity or lead your path. The opportunity to lead, to heal, and to build is already within you.

Stand up, take part, and be the solution.

The time to act is now!
