Step 1: Consultation

-Have questions about ARNA or IPA. Connect with a Jurist to receive guidance and clarity as to the best option suited for you

Step 2: Fill out Intake Form

-Fill out Intake Form. Once Intake Form is received, our council will review your submission to determine eligibility for ARNA or IPA membership.

*Eligibility is assessed on the principles of jus soli and jus sanguinis, honoring both ancestral lineage and land-based connection. This process ensures that each member is aligned with the sacred responsibilities and rights entrusted to our nation. If you are not eligible for ARNA, you may be directed to the IPA (Indigenous Political Authority).

Step 3: Watch Rites of Passage Videos

-Watch the Rites of Passage Videos

Step 4: Take Rites of Passage Exam

-Take ROP Exam and score a 80 or better

Step 5: Pay Fee

-Pay fee for ARNA

Step 6: Mail Out Documents

-Once fees are paid, documents will be mailed to the address you placed on the Intake Form.
